For Daily red, green and blue tours you can visit a agency or you can take the information and visit it by yourself but I personally wouldn’t recommend it because if you really want to know about a place you need to make local friends to show you around or you need a travel guide to tell you about little but important informations.

For balloon flights, you should find an agency or you can ask to your hotel to reserve a place for you in balloon.But not every hotel has this service so you can find an ageny in Cappadocia easily.

For ATV, camel and horseback ridings and jeep safari, you should find an agency to provide you this activities.
