General Remarks:

 

• In our Cappadocia Special Honeymoon Holiday Package, it is a tour that will take our guests from the airports or the point they reach with a private vehicle and end with a drop back to the airport or a point in the region picked up. Our guests who want to receive this service will be served by serving only those guests with a private vehicle and a guide when necessary in all trips and other organizations to be made by our agency.

 

Package Details:

 

• When the guests reach the region on the first day, guests are picked up from the place they reach in the region.

• The guests are left to their hotels by private vehicle.

• The check-in time at the hotel must be from 14:00 at the earliest. If the room is available, the room can be checked in earlier.

• Special room, room decoration and special treats prepared for the guests are included in our package.

• A romantic dinner on the first day is included in our package.

• On the 2nd day, an all-inclusive tour is organized with the guide and driver by making a regional tour that will start at the time the guests want. At the end of the tour, the guests are left to their hotels. You can see the details of the tour below.

 

Central Area Tour (Ürgüp is the central region that includes the Avanos and Uçhisar triangle).

 

General: In this tour, a distance of approximately 40 km is recorded and it is aimed to visit the historical sites in the center of Cappadocia. The tour takes about 7 hours and there are excursions at 8 points.

General: In this tour, a distance of approximately 220 km was recorded and it was aimed to visit the ruins in the southwest of Cappadocia. The tour takes about 8 hours and there are excursions at 5 points.

• A morning balloon tour is organized during the stay of the guests, and this package includes a standard 2-person balloon tour.

• 4. Day, that is, the day the guest leaves the hotel (guests must vacate the hotel room by 12:00 at the latest). At any time desired by the guests, one of the activities of the AT or ATV tour to be chosen by the guests is done. 1 horse is given per person on the horse tour, 1 ATV is allocated for 2 people on the ATV tour.

When you fill out our offer request form for your Cappadocia Honeymoon Holiday, our reservation team will contact you, confirm the information and finalize your reservation.

 

Cancellation conditions and payment:

 

• 25% of the total package fee must be paid in advance on the basis of the contract as a prepayment.

• 25% of the total fee must be paid to our agency by money order / eft or mail order (with credit card information) at the latest 15 days before the date of stay.

• Guests can cancel the tour until 15 days before the date of stay (This period is 30 days for public holidays and special days). In this case, the prepayment is fully refunded.

• The 25% prepayment received by the agency is not refundable in cases where there is less than 15 days left for the stay and the guest wishes to cancel the tour. When such a situation occurs, our agency reserves the right to pay this fee either partially or completely, without any mutual damage, by doing the best it can.

• Result of the reservation, vehicle, driver, hotel etc., which are wanted to be canceled after the cancellation period without penalty. Our agency has protected the rights of service providers as well.

• Our agency is an agency that has adopted the principle of harmlessness in payment and cancellation issues and has adopted an equal and fair approach to all parties. It expects the same understanding from guests.
