Istanbul And Cappadocia Tour Seven (7) Days

This 7-day tour will allow you to see the highlights of Istanbul and Cappadocia.

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul
 

When you arrive at Istanbul Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. You will then be given free time. Accommodation in Istanbul.

Day 2: Istanbul

Your guide will meet you after breakfast for the Istanbul tour. After a short walk in Sultanahmet square, our next trip will be Topkapı Palace, we will visit the museums where many rare collections accumulated by sultans over five hundred years are exhibited. In these museums, you will be able to see palace sections and items from the life of the Ottoman sultans. After that, after a short walk for lunch using the Divan road, we will have lunch in a restaurant. We visit the architectural texture by guiding the Rüstem Paşa Mosque, a work of Mimar Sinan built in 1561. Then we go to the famous Spice Bazaar. The Spice Bazaar is the place where spices from the east were brought here by ships from Egypt in the absence of the Suez Canal. The famous Grand Bazaar, which is larger than the Egyptian market, will allow your shopping to take place in a more historical texture with its atmosphere. At the end of the tour, you will be left at your hotel for rest.

Day 3: Istanbul
 

We will see many Byzantine works on our second day in Istanbul. We will walk towards the square that used to be a Byzantine hippodrome. There are Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern in this square. You can watch the Serpent Column, Walled Column, Egyptian Obelisk and German Fountain belonging to the Byzantine period in this hippodrome. We visit the world famous Hagia Sophia, the most important building of the Byzantine period. After visiting this place, we go to the restaurant for lunch. After the walking tour, we visit Chora Church, which is the best examples of Byzantine mosaics, by car. After that, we set out to see the Basilica Cistern. In this way, we complete our second day's tour. We leave it to your hotel for you to rest.

 

Day 4: Flight to Nevşehir - Istanbul - Cappadocia

On our third day in Istanbul, we leave the hotel after breakfast and make a short journey by watching the Bosphorus to go to the Dolmabahçe Palace with our guide. The Dolma Garden Palace has a very beautiful decoration with priceless items and paintings using 14 tons of pure gold. It arouses curiosity with its famous harem rooms and rich crystal collection. After the Dolma Garden tour, we will go to a local restaurant for lunch after a pleasant Bosphorus tour, where you will watch the Ottoman mansions, Bosphorus Bridge, castles and the unique view of Istanbul. After completing our tour in Istanbul in this way, you will be transferred to the airport to go to Cappadocia. When you come to Cappadocia, you will be transferred to your hotel.

 

Day 5: Cappadocia

On your first day in Cappadocia, you may have the chance to wake up by watching the hot air balloons and you can feel that you have come to a very different atmosphere at that moment. For your first day tour in Cappadocia, we will go to Devrent Valley, which is our first stop in awareness with your guide. Known as Dream Valley (Devrent Valley), it takes you to the world of dreams with its natural fairy chimney formations with many different animal figures. Afterwards, we set off towards Pasabağlar where the formation of fairy chimneys is seen most beautifully. B.C. We are watching how the famous clay soil is turned into art in a traditional workshop in Avanos, where terracotta art has been made the most beautiful since 3000. Day 6: Cappadocia

On our second day in Cappadocia, we visit Soğanlı Valley, an open-air museum with different rock formations, churches and frescoes. Later, we set out for Mustafapaşa, an old Greek village. On the way, we visit the Keslik Monastery, where we can see the frescoes near Cemil village with a light. We are having lunch in an old Greek house in Mustapaşa.
