• Guests can cancel the tour until 15 days before the date of stay (This period is 30 days for public holidays and special days). In this case, the prepayment is fully refunded.

• The 25% prepayment received by the agency is not refundable in cases where there is less than 15 days left for the stay and the guest wishes to cancel the tour. When such a situation occurs, our agency reserves the right to pay this fee either partially or completely, without any mutual damage, by doing the best it can.

• Result of the reservation, vehicle, driver, hotel etc., which are wanted to be canceled after the cancellation period without penalty. Our agency has protected the rights of service providers as well.
